This podcast/course provides a comprehensive understanding of social diversity and structural inequality, and its implications for organizational and community leaders. You will learn about several dimensions of social difference and inequality, the challenges associated with leading across those differences, and how to leverage those differences to advance organizational and community objectives. This course will prepare you to lead effectively in socially diverse contexts.
